3. Enable API Access (IMPORTANT in 2026)
Veeqo requires support permission to activate the API. Send an email to Veeqo support with the message below:
Subject: Enable API Access for My Account
Message:
Hi Veeqo Support,
I would like to request API access for my Veeqo account. I plan to integrate Veeqo with SellerForge WMS to sync orders, manage inventory, and generate shipping labels across my sales channels (Amazon, eBay, Walmart).
My account email is: [YOUR_EMAIL_HERE]
Please enable API access so I can generate an API key.
Thank you, [YOUR_NAME]
Send to: support@veeqo.com
Response usually comes in 24-48 hours.
4. Generate Your API Key
After Veeqo confirms the API is activated:
- On the Veeqo home screen, click Settings
- Look for Users
- Click Add New User (recommended: create a dedicated user for SellerForge, e.g., "SellerForge Integration")
- Fill in with dummy data (example: name "Bot", email "bot@sellerforge.com")
- Click Save
- Return to the users list
- Click Edit next to the user you just created
- Scroll down to find the API Key section
- Click Refresh API Key / Generate API Key
- Copy the full key (it appears only once!)
5. Connect in SellerForge WMS
- In the SellerForge WMS app, go to Settings → Integrations
- Click the Veeqo card
- Paste your API key in the API Key field
- Click Test Connection
- If the connection works, a Warehouse dropdown will appear
- Select your main warehouse
- Click Save
Test the Connection
After clicking "Test Connection", the app will show:
- "Connection successful" → Veeqo is connected and orders will start syncing in 5-15 minutes
- "Error: Invalid API key" → Check that you copied the full key (no spaces at the beginning or end)
- "Error: No API access" → Veeqo support hasn't activated the API yet; wait for the confirmation email
Troubleshooting
"Error: API Key Not Found" or "Unauthorized"
Cause: The API may not have been activated by Veeqo support. Solution: Wait for the support response email. Check your spam folder. If 48 hours have passed, send another email.
"Warehouse not found"
Cause: You don't have a warehouse created in Veeqo. Solution: In Veeqo, go to Settings → Warehouses and create one with your address.
"Connection failed after test"
Cause: The key expired or was regenerated elsewhere. Solution: Generate a new key in Veeqo (step 4, click "Refresh API Key" again) and update it in SellerForge WMS.
Orders are not appearing
Cause: Channels (Amazon, eBay, Walmart) were not connected in Veeqo yet. Solution: Go back to step 2 and connect your sales channels in Veeqo. Orders sync every 15 minutes.
"Invalid marketplace selection"
Cause: You selected a warehouse that doesn't have a connection to your channels. Solution: In Veeqo, confirm in Settings → Warehouses that the chosen warehouse is active.
Strange error message in another language
Cause: Veeqo may be returning an API error. Solution: Copy the error message and send it to support@veeqo.com with your account email.
Security
Your Veeqo API key is encrypted and stored only in your SellerForge WMS database.
The SellerForge team never sees it.
If you disconnect the integration, the key is permanently deleted.
If the key leaks, you can regenerate it anytime (in Veeqo, click "Refresh API Key"). This invalidates the old key immediately.
